New layouts and improved style for Guru modules
Guru Pro supports 2 modules to show course categories list and course list: by new or by popular. For the course listing module, we improved the style, and supports 2 layouts: list and grid.
Back-end improvements
Guru Back-end Dashboard is improved for better working experience.
3. PHP8 support
PHP 8.0 is a major update of the PHP language. It contains many new features and optimizations including named arguments, union types, attributes, constructor property promotion, match expression, nullsafe operator, JIT, and improvements in the type system, error handling, and consistency.
Guru Pro 6.0.0 is updated to fully compatible with PHP8.
What is pending for stable release?
Guru Pro 6.0.0 stable version will be coming soon, here are the list of tasks:
1. Pro templates:
Guru Pro works with all Joomla templates, in the demo site and quickstart package, we are using T4 Blank template.
We also built 2 dedicated templates for Guru Pro - JA Sensei and JA Educatsy with unique and beautiful design. The Pro templates will be free for Guru Pro users with quickstart packages for Joomla 4 and Joomla 3.

We recommend not to use the Beta version for production.
For the beta version, we release quickstart package only, so you can have better demo content, and ready Guru setup for checking the features easier.
